Pool Parties are not allowed unless they are approved and scheduled by the pool committee. This reservation system eliminates the possibility of more than one party taking place at one time. (see Party Rules). Sears Pools must be notified for ensuring a lifeguard is present. See the Request Form and for reservations call Keith Melton at 770-335-6026.
Pool Gate: This is an extremely serious issue and the pool gate must be kept closed at all times especially if there is no lifeguard on duty. Should the gate be found left open for any reason, we will take whatever corrective action necessary to ensure this doesn't occur again. While we're hesitant to penalize everyone for the actions of a few people, this is a liability issue that cannot be ignored. Pool Area Cleanliness: The Pool Committee is responsible for making sure that the pool filters are functioning properly, scheduling the lifeguards and making sure that the resident have a safe place to relax. We are not a custodial staff and will not clean up after others. We live in a pool and tennis community and it is each residents responsibility as co-owners of this facility to clean up after themselves and even go the extra mile and clean up after someone else that is not as considerate. If this problem continues we will be forced to hire a cleaning service to clean up after the residents which will cost the community money that we really don't have. Your help and cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Enjoy the pool, have fun but remember it's not only the Fairway's pool, it's your pool and you need to take care of it as if it was in your backyard. Sincerely, The Pool Committee
