Fairways residents- The cost is $75 per day plus a refundable $150 deposit for damage or cleaning charges.
Non residents- The cost is $250 per day plus a $250 deposit for damage plus a $50 non refundable cleaning fee.
25% discount for 4 or more rentals within one year, pay for 2 and get 4th rental free

Rental Procedures |
- Download Clubhouse Rental Agreement
- Print and enter all information on rental agreement
- There is a $75 rental fee and a $150 deposit for each reservation
- Submit separate checks for the fee and the deposit
- Make checks payable to "The Fairways of Towne Lake"
- Deposit will be returned to you provided there are no damages
